The Founders
Tarek Moukaied is the Co-Founder and CEO of Health Connect for Health Consultancy. Educated at the prestigious Plovdiv College of Medicine in Bulgaria, he holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Cumbria – Institute of Business, Industry and Leadership, in the UK.

A deep-routed healthcare background led him to assume the role of General Manager at one of the most prestigious chain of clinics in Dubai, where he successfully expanded the clinic’s reach across the GCC region. His challenges were not enough for him, so he ventured into clinic start-ups and led the opening of another leading chain of one day surgery clinics in Dubai and Qatar.

Demonstrating a proven ability to succeed in healthcare, Tarek and his business partner identified a gap in the market and co-founded Health Connect in 2020 to bridge and connect this gap by connecting loose ends in clinical operations. The company was established to provide essential management consultancy services to various healthcare facilities and clinics, particularly during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic. Tarek’s deep understanding of the industry, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit, has positioned Health Connect as a leading and only provider of 360-degree clinic management solutions.
Dr Karem Harb is a co-founder of Health Connect for Health Consultancy. Dr. Karem Harb is a skilled doctor who specializes in aesthetic medicine. As a licensed General Practitioner with extensive experience in clinical training, he brings a unique blend of medical expertise and practical knowledge to his role.
